Jack C. Darakjy

Jack C. Darakjy attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where he completed double majors in History and French. Following graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Dalton, JSC, in Bergen County.

Thereafter, he spent several years working with a medium sized firm, where he gained wide-ranging experience in complex business and real estate transactions, varied estate planning and land use matters.

A native of Aleppo, Syria, Mr. Darakjy is fluent in Arabic, Turkish, and Armenian as well as English and French.

In his free time, Mr. Darakjy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and traveling.

Neil N. Aydin

Neil N. Aydin attended Rutgers State University in New Brunswick, where he majored in Philosophy and minored in German. After law school, he went on to work for a large New Jersey litigation firm, where he gained extensive experience handling complex litigation matters.

Mr. Aydin comes from a strong business and entrepreneurial background that has provided him with vast experience in focusing on complex real estate / commercial transactions and civil litigation including business breakups, sexual harassment and discrimination actions.

In his free time, Mr. Aydin enjoys spending his time with his five children, playing chess, and winning poker tournaments.

Benjamin B. Isik

Benjamin B. Isik attended Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in International Politics with a concentration in International Relations, Law and Organization. While at Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, Mr. Isik was the Articles and Notes editor for the Rutgers Law Record and a summer clerk for the Honorable William G. Bassler, U.S. District Court Judge.

After law school, Mr. Isik joined a prestigious New Jersey law firm where he gained extensive experience in the area of complex commercial litigation.

For over fifteen years, Mr. Isik gained invaluable experience operating various retail businesses and managing commercial properties. He utilizes this unique experience when advocating for his clients in complex legal matters. Through his knowledgeable business approach, Mr. Isik is able to effectively structure commercial transactions and guide his clients through their endeavors.

In his free time, Mr. Isik enjoys traveling to warm destinations, playing soccer and spending time with his family.
